Chapter 197 The Aura of a Queen
Li Yunyang glanced at Le Xuan, wondering if he should be shameless too.
Le Xuan, however, couldn’t be angrier, because Wang Hao was messing around under her name. She would probably have to take the blame for him later.
“Ms. Le Xuan, I…” Li Yunyang summoned his courage, hoping to confess his love.
“Don’t think about things you shouldn’t think about. If you do, I’ll shoot you…” Le Xuan interrupted Li Yunyang coldly. She knew Li Yunyang’s intention very well, but she was not interested in that kind of thing at all at this time.
Li Yunyang was frustrated again.
Xia Weiwei giggled. “Li Yunyang, I feel sorry for you. Can you not tell that Le Xuan is only jealous?”
Li Yunyang looked at Le Xuan and then Wang Hao who had a girl in his arms. He suddenly felt that his heart was broken.
Le Xuan glared at Xia Weiwei and smacked Xia Weiwei’s head hard.
“Ah…” Xia Weiwei immediately shouted.
Her shouting woke up Zhao Yiling, who was still in Wang Hao’s arms. Blushing, she shoved Wang Hao away and stepped back.
Wang Hao glared back at Xia Weiwei as she had ruined his business. However, he found it really easy to trick modern girls with ancient poems!
Right then, all the young men came back to themselves and stared at Wang Hao angrily.
Zhao Yiling was beautiful and had a powerful background. Naturally, she was the perfect goddess in their eyes.
However, a jackass who could write nothing but erotic limericks had kissed their goddess right in front of them. That was intolerable!
“Boy, where are you from?”
“You hugged the lady? You’d better cut your hands off right now.”
“We’re going to smash his mouth today so that he’ll know there are certain people he can’t touch.”
“Someone, beat him up right now…”
Hearing that, Zhao Yiling immediately turned cold, and a terrifying storm swept across the field. “Shut up!”
Everybody was stunned by the thunderous warning
When they came back to themselves, they all lowered their heads, not even daring to breathe aloud.
Wang Hao was quite shocked too, because Zhao Yiling was almost a natural-born queen. Nobody dared to argue with her at all. No wonder even Ye Qing was such a coward in front of her.
“To tell you the truth, I’m holding the party today exactly for him!” Zhao Yiling pointed at Wang Hao.
Everybody whispered to each other after hearing that.
“A party for this man? Seriously?”
“The lady never held any parties before, and she’s holding a party for a man?”
“How can a man who can only write erotic limericks deserve such a privilege?”
“But I’ve been told that he has created some formal poems too.”
“He must’ve copied them from other places!”
“No, I just searched online. Those poems have never been published before.”
“It means that this man really knows a thing or two about literature.”
“I remember that the lady said that her future husband must be adept at both martial arts and literature. She must be very interested in this man now.”
“So, this party tonight is the lady’s test for this man?”
“Probably. I didn’t think that the lady would ever grow interested in a man.”
“But that man seems only around eighteen, and the lady is already twenty-two. She’s a couple of years older than him.”
“That’s nothing. Maybe the lady likes younger men.”
“Oh, my lady, my goddess!”
“I trust that you will not disappoint me…” Zhao Yiling put on a sweet smile and gently fixed his collar.
“You’re really a troublemaker!”
Wang Hao glared at Zhao Yiling. This woman must’ve intentionally made all these men hate him. He must get back at her for all the trouble she caused him.
Le Xuan took a deep breath in relief, feeling lucky that Wang Hao and she swapped their identities, or she would be dead for sure if she were asked to compete with them.
“What do we do now?” Qian Wanyang and Chen Yao couldn’t be graver. They laid their hands on their weapon, ready to rush out.
“Don’t do anything yet!” Ling Xiao stopped them. “My junior brother is a distinguished poet. With the poems he created before, I don’t think any of them can defeat him.”
“What?”
Qian Wanyang and Chen Yao were stunned. What was that supposed to mean? Were Wang Hao’s poems all written by him? Was it not a joke?
They never questioned Wang Hao’s ability in creating erotic limericks, but they found it hard to believe that Wang Hao could create beautiful poems.
“All the poems are indeed written by Wang Hao himself.” Xia Weiwei had just searched online and found no information on Wang Hao’s works.
Besides, if anyone had created those classic poems earlier, the poems would’ve spread out a long time ago, but Xia Weiwei had never heard about them before, so they could’ve only been written by Wang Hao.
Although it was hard to believe, it was the only truth, and she had to believe it.
“Are you serious?”
Qian Wanyang and Chen Yao felt like worshiping Wang Hao.
In terms of martial arts, Wang Hao had proved that he was a monster with his unparalleled talents.
In terms of pharmaceutics, he had turned into a level-three Medical Grandmaster when he was only seventeen.
In terms of music, the market price of Walking Wolves had soared by millions of times in only a couple of days.
Now, he was awesome at literature too. Would their boss not stop until everybody in the world was shocked to death?
Of course, what they admired Wang Hao for the most was his shamelessness.
As long as Wang Hao resorted to shamelessness, he would be able to solve any problem in the world more than easily.
“Hehe. This place seems lively. I’ve come at the right moment!” An old man laughed and walked close.
Everybody looked back, only to see a white-haired old man in vintage close approaching them like an ancient scholar. Next to the old man was an obedient girl.
“It’s Master Guo Yunzi!”
Seeing the old man, everybody exclaimed and paid tribute to him.
Qian Wanyang came to Wang Hao’s side and whispered, “Boss, Guo Yunzi is a famous poet in the Glorious Sky Federation. Zhao Yiling has obviously invited him here on purpose!”
“Whatever her purpose is, I’m sure that someone will have to carry him out of here if he dares to piss me off…” Wang Hao snorted in disdain.
Le Xuan felt a strong headache coming on, as she had foreseen more trouble…
