Chapter 53 – Intruder!
Then pen was clasped by the dragon’s claws, and it worked at one go.
Su Jishi didn’t dare to lose in herself. From the first stroke of her pen, her mind was tightly stretched with a string telling her that she must not show expose a horse’s leg**!
**T/N: Expose a horse leg is a Chinese idiom, which means accidentally revealing a secret.
It’s a pity though that her handwriting was just like martial arts’ moves.
Every time she writes, her handwriting lacks femininity; the direction of the pen’s edge, and especially the arc of the end of her last stroke, were all different from Su Jin’s.
Fang Xie had no courage to face such tragedy, so he covered his eyes subconsciously and only dared to peep through his fingers.
Su Jishi was unaware that her free and easy handwriting had almost exposed her. She enjoyed the signature for a few seconds with great satisfaction and then bowed her head generously to put a lip print on the heart edge.
She was adorned with only light makeup today. To show the purity and gentleness of the heroine in the movie, Ashan chose an orange-pink lipstick especially for her. As soon as the woman’s plump lips separated from the paper, a light-colored lip print with fruity fragrance remained there forever.
Not only that, but Su Jishi also asked President Zhang’s grandson’s name in detail and wrote an “XO” sign above his signature to encourage him to study hard.
After the signing, Su Jishi was not yet satisfied and made a bold request.
“President Zhang, shall we take a picture together?”
What a great privilege it was to stand side by side with her idol and take a picture with him in honor of her superstar sister!
She was in cloud 9, but President Zhang was somewhat embarrassed. His little grandson complained about how difficult it was for Su Jin’s support club to get near her and have her signature, however, he experienced no such hardship.
Other children who land top in their exams wanted new cell phones and other gadgets. However, President Zhang’s grandson, who was only in fifth grade, only wished that his parents will allow him to board a plane and attend Su Jin’s fan meeting.
With all of this, President Zhang thought that a famous new generation artist like Su Jin would be hot-tempered. He didn’t expect her to be so approachable.
President Zhang readily agreed, straightened up his slightly wrinkled suit, and stood at Su Jishi’s left.
In response, Su Jishi raised a bright smile, held the paper with her signature, and came closer to her idol when suddenly, the aura around her changed.
She looked at her right and saw a looming, tall figure…
Su Jishi: “…”
Discreetly, she moved towards her left. The man might have noticed her action, for when she looked up again, she accidentally caught the man’s eyes staring at her intensely.
Mu Xiulun saw that her eyes were wide open, making her appear foolish. He chuckled and asked, “Didn’t you say you want a photo taken?”
Su Jishi: “…” I didn’t say I wanted to take a photo with him. What is he doing?
Nevertheless, with a reluctant smile, Su Jishi stood squeezed between the two men. Finally, she got a picture of her idol and her sister’s former financial backer who intruded for no reason.
Fang Xie took photos of them with his mobile phone and showed them to Su Jishi.
The Su sisters were born with a face suitable for being photographed. With their attractive facial features, the two looked graceful and beautiful without the help of beauty filters.
On the Su Jishi’s left side, President Zhang had silver hair and a hearty smile. On her right, Mu Xiulun looked somber and aloof, Su Jishi couldn’t tell what he was thinking as of that moment.
Su Jishi stretched out her hand and touched the figure of Mu Xiulun on the screen, thinking that although this guy got into the camera unpleasantly, it doesn’t matter. She would just have to crop him out of the photo so that it would only be her and her idol in the picture.
However, when this scene was caught by Mu Xiulun’s sharp eyes, he interpreted it differently.
Her action made him think about how “romantic” she felt for his photo.
